  3. After MBA masters is finished in 2031.. DONT BUY A HOUSE .. get Finance Degree by 2035. 3rd 40k Certificate of Deposit.
  4. By 2035 your 3 residual CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSITS should yield about 5k per month without adding anything money wise.
  5. Buy a Honda Coupe n paint it orange 🍊 😎 w indigo racing stripe  n add 2 website.
